Grand large labels shaped card.

Hi everyone

Todays card I have used spellbinders grand large labels as my base card and then added another 2 layers which I have matted in silver.

With the top layer I also embossed it using sizzix diamonds and damask folder out of the set called Thank you’.

The sentiment is from Justrite stamps ‘ever after antique labels’ cut out using spellbinders fancy labels one.

The dove is Stephanie Weightman tattered lace die.

Flowers are from my stash.

A2 Spellbinders filigree delights…

Hello everyone
Another new spellbinders die for me, its called A2 filigree delights and I love it, I also used SB 5×7 matting basics, SB twisted metal tag and SB labels four, the leaf die is by cheery lynn which I like because it cuts out 5 leaves at a time. The branch die is from memory box called woodland branch. The embossing folder is called tied together which I think is impossible to get now .  The sentiment is typed from my pc.

So as you all know with spellbinder dies, just cut them out (I use an Ebosser) and layer them up,  add a few flowers, pearls and ribbon and you’re done.

My Favourite Spellbinders Die…

Hi everyone

Well I have purchased a new spellbinders die and it is gorgeous, I actually think it’s my favourite so far.

It is the 5×7 Elegant labels four

Perfect for a Mother’s Day card…

So first of all I cut my base layer and matt/layered onto cream card

Then I cut out the largest die of elegant labels four and attached it to some blue card.

Then I cut out another piece of blue card using Grand labels four which match perfectly.

Then I cut out the 2nd biggest die of elegant labels and mounted that on top of the blue, and the last piece is from labels four nestabilities with computer typed sentiment.

Added a brad on each corner, 3 little flowers and it’s done.

All the labels four dies match up perfectly

Well thats it from me, I’m off to play with my dies. xx

Birthday card

Hi everyone

Todays card I made using spellbinders grand squares, labels 27 and twisted metal tags, the embossing folder is spellbinders lattice gardens, flowers from wild orchid crafts, and the foliage is a Martha Stewart punch. I get most of my card from Anna Marie designs, its lovely card and if you can get to one of the craft shows the go to  they do some really good deals.

Anyway , first I cut the base square out and matt/layered onto cream card,  then the second square layer I cut out, then made an aperture using labels 27, Then I left the square die and labels 27  in and embossed it so it  still gives the ‘edge’ around the card, its a brilliant technique I use a lot.  So then I matt/layered onto cream card and attached to the base using foam pads to raise it.  I then cut a smaller labels 27, cut the twisted metal tag and wrapped it around then popped it in the centre. The sentiment is typed from my pc.

A lot of people ask me about how I arrange my flowers, I don’t have a specific way I just bunch them up and wrap a little wire around them to hold together and glue on.

Here is a link for the  embossing technique , I found it on the internet,
