Hi everyone
Todays card I made using spellbinders grand squares, labels 27 and twisted metal tags, the embossing folder is spellbinders lattice gardens, flowers from wild orchid crafts, and the foliage is a Martha Stewart punch. I get most of my card from Anna Marie designs, its lovely card and if you can get to one of the craft shows the go to they do some really good deals.
Anyway , first I cut the base square out and matt/layered onto cream card, then the second square layer I cut out, then made an aperture using labels 27, Then I left the square die and labels 27 in and embossed it so it still gives the ‘edge’ around the card, its a brilliant technique I use a lot. So then I matt/layered onto cream card and attached to the base using foam pads to raise it. I then cut a smaller labels 27, cut the twisted metal tag and wrapped it around then popped it in the centre. The sentiment is typed from my pc.
A lot of people ask me about how I arrange my flowers, I don’t have a specific way I just bunch them up and wrap a little wire around them to hold together and glue on.
Here is a link for the embossing technique , I found it on the internet,
